We had an amazing experience with Ashley at Hot Wheels! One of our goals during our trip to Turks and Caicos was to experience the island like a local, and Ashley delivered exactly that. He gave us an authentic local perspective while making safety his top priority. Before we started, he provided helmets and took the time to thoroughly explain how to operate the bikes, making sure everyone felt comfortable and confident. While we were out riding through the city, Ashley was constantly aware of his surroundings and kept a close eye on traffic to ensure our safety. It was clear that he was experienced, attentive, and genuinely cared about giving us a great experience. Ashley was also incredibly knowledgeable about the island, its growth, and ongoing developments. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars My family and I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Hot Wheels Island in Turks and Caicos, and a huge part of that was thanks to Ashley. From the moment we arrived, he was professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about making sure everyone had a great time. Ashley did an excellent job explaining everything, making us feel comfortable, and ensuring the entire experience ran smoothly from start to finish. His energy was positive, his attitude was first-class, and he went above and beyond to answer questions and make sure every guest felt taken care of. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does, and that level of customer service made a lasting impression on us. What stood out most was how personable and attentive he was. He balanced being informative and professional while also keeping things fun and engaging. Whether it was sharing information about the area, helping guests navigate the experience, or simply making sure everyone was having a good time, Ashley consistently exceeded expectations. Ashley and Thomas did an amazing job and were fantastic at stopping traffic, providing incite into the community, Prince’s residence and interesting facts about Turks and Caicos in general. We had a great time, the beer at the brew pub was really good and much appreciated. The guys had great fun driving their UTVs which was opposite of the USA. This was a great activity and recommended activity.

Absolutely amazing tour. We saw parts of the island you wouldn’t normally see generally staying on the Turks. Our tour guides were awesome and very knowledgeable of the area and accommodating. We had some fun letting loose a bit on the UTVs and a nice stop tasting the local beers at the brewery!
