Ashley did an excellent job explaining everything, making us feel comfortable, and ensuring the entire experience ran smoothly from start to finish. His energy was positive, his attitude was first-class, and he went above and beyond to answer questions and make sure every guest felt taken care of. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does, and that level of customer service made a lasting impression on us. What stood out most was how personable and attentive he was. We had a great time, the beer at the brew pub was really good and much appreciated. The guys had great fun driving their UTVs which was opposite of the USA. We saw parts of the island you wouldn’t normally see generally staying on the Turks. Our tour guides were awesome and very knowledgeable of the area and accommodating. We had some fun letting loose a bit on the UTVs and a nice stop tasting the local beers at the brewery!
